TMC Property Management is a premier property management company located in Tulsa, Oklahoma providing property management services for multi-family and single-family properties across the Greater Tulsa Area. The Company was founded by Larry and Jeannette Jamison in 1995 when Larry, a commercial real estate broker, decided to create the company to assure that his clients were getting the best return on investment.  In 2004, Larry's oldest daughter, Christie and her husband Todd decided to join the family business and expand into the Tulsa Area. Altogether, we manage approximately 1200 units in Los Angeles County and five large communities totaling over 1300 units in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We are committed to providing our tenants and investors with a professionally managed and well-maintained property. Our investors trust us and value our professionalism and experience. They know that we will keep their best interest in mind and will manage their property as if it were our own.

As a result of TMC Property Management's integrity and commitment to its investors by providing quality service and a return on their investment, our Company has continued to grow. Our offices are now located on the Redondo Beach Pier and the daily operations are managed by Larry and Jeannette's daughter, Christie, and their son-in-law, Todd. Our portfolio consists of over 950 units in the South Bay and over 1,300 units in Tulsa, OK. We are a full service management company committed to providing our tenants and investors with a clean, safe, and well maintained property. Our investors trust us and value our professionalism and experience. They know that we will keep their best interest in mind and will manage their property as if it were our own.

 

Our Tulsa team currently consists of Nationally Accredited Property Managers, Assistant Managers and Leasing Professionals, Maintenance Technicians, and Corporate Staff, including a Regional Manager and a Project Manager. Our Property Supervisors are responsible for managing the Resident Managers at our multi-family properties in addition to managing projects or vacancy turns for our properties that do not have onsite managers. Corporate staff in Tulsa and California perform core operations such as paying bills, posting rents, managing maintenance requests, preparing correspondence, and providing customer service for our tenants and clients.
